Yolanda Unzueta Tello, 85, of Perth Amboy, NJ died on Saturday, January 21, 2023 peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Chiclayo, Peru.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Aristides Unzueta Valencia and Josefina Tello Grau and husband, Bernardo Chavez Jara.

Yolanda is survived by her children; Jorge Alberto, Jaime Willy, Hugo, Martha Cecilia and Yolanda Patricia, ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Will be private cremation.
