Wojciech Orlowski

Wojciech Orlowski at the age of 63, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2024 at his home in Colonia, New Jersey. He was born on July 22, 1960 in Szczecin, Poland to Marianna and Mieczysław Orłowski. Wojciech was a husband to his beloved wife, Agnieszka for 24 years and father to Mateusz (age 19), Łukasz (age 16), and Anna (age 10).

Wojciech was a dedicated and hard-working individual. He would always put others' needs before his. He was always a joyous person and loved to spread his joy to others. However, his main source of joy was his family. As well, his faith and devotion to the Catholic Church could never be undermined. He was also a faithful and active communicant of St. John Paul II Parish. He was a faithful member of the Focolare Movement.

He was also a man of many enjoyments in life. He loved traveling to all kinds of various places, playing all kinds of songs on the guitar, photography, fishing, extensively long Costco trips, watching his kids play soccer, and always loved a good laugh especially through watching Polish kabarety. But most of all, he loved to spend time with his family. 

Wojciech is survived by his wife and kids who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his mother and father along with his two brothers Marian and Mirosław.

Wojciech’s life was full of many ups and downs, but he always made sure to make everybody’s life happier and he would always care for others. He would always look on the bright side of problems that occurred. He always remained strong in his recovery for his family because he loved them so dearly. Although he may have left, he will be remembered by everyone whom he has touched and may he rest in peace. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the funeral home, afterwards a 10:00 AM mass at Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephen’s Church, followed by the burial, which will take place at Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, NJ.
