Vicente M Alcantara

Vicente M. Alcantara, 87, of Perth Amboy, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2024, at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy Division.

Born in Loja, Ecuador, Vicente dedicated his life to his family and work, having been employed in various maintenance roles throughout his career. He was a loving father and grandfather who cherished the time spent with his children and grandchildren.

Vicente was predeceased by his parents, Zenon Montes and Margarita Alcantara, as well as his beloved wife. He is survived by his two children, Vicente Arquimides Alcantara of Ecuador and Margarita Alcantara of Perth Amboy, and his two cherished grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, located at 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861. Funeral services will take place on Monday, November 18, 2024, at the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at La Asuncion Church.

A private cremation will follow.
