Tadeusz Kolakowski

Tadeusz Kolakowski 88, passed away at home on October 9, 2019.

 He was born  in Pawlowo, Poland.

He was communicant of Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephen’s Church.

He was predeceased by his parents Bronislaw Kolakowski  and Natalia.  

Survived by his wife Klementyna, his two children Andrew and his wife Patricia, his daughter Eva and her husband   Lenny. Tadeusz is also survived by his grandchildren; Nichole, Jackie, Amber, Zachery, Samantha, Adam Allison and his great grandchildren; Nolan Carson, Makenna, Joslyn, Julius, Jidan, Jennie, Leila, Malekia.

Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 10:00 AM funeral liturgy at St. Stephen’s Church.

Burial will follow in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in Doylestown, PA.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy NJ.
