Stanislawa "Stasia" Kuziemska

Stanislawa “Stasia” Kuziemska, 90, of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully, on September 22, 2019, in the Venetian Care and Rehabilitation Center, South Amboy. Born in Pukinin, Poland.

Mrs. Stanislawa “Stasia” has lived in Perth Amboy since 1974.

She worked at the Royal Bakery in Parlin as a cake decorator for over 25 years. She was a parishioner of Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephen’s Church, member of the Rosary Society of St. Stephen’s Church, and ZPA Senior Club.

Very hard worker, honest and strong woman, she took care of her husband for many years. Never complained, always smiled.

She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, she really enjoyed spending time with all of them. She participated in various family events; Christenings, First Communions, weddings and birthdays, she made sure she attended all the parties. She always remembered and helped her relatives in Poland in many ways she could.

Mrs. Stanislawa “Stasia” enjoyed playing bingo at the ZPA, loved her church and loved being part of St. Stephen’s Rosary Society.

She liked to work in her garden growing cucumbers, tomatoes and beautiful flowers, she was a proud gardener,  everybody admired her flowers, especially around the Holy Mary Statue in front of her house.

She loved to cook, she made the best pierogi, sauerkraut with mushrooms. She also marinated cucumbers. Hard worker, honest, never complain, always smiled.

Predeceased by her parents, Jan Kucharski and Marianna Sekrecka, her husband Jozef Kuziemski, and her siblings; Jan, Jozef, Stanislaw, Maria, Irena, and Genowefa. And her son in-law Andrzej Rutkowski

Survived by her two children; Wanda Rutkowski and Zbigniew Kuziemski and his wife Grazyna. Also, surviving are her five grandchildren, Pawel, Andrzej P. and wife Stacy, Alicja, Grzegorz and his wife Barbara, and Katarzyna; and her three great grandchildren, Harriet, Seweryn and Kacper. And, her brother Tadeusz of Poland.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM from Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, home for funerals, 467 State Street, Pert Amboy, followed by a 10:00 funeral Mass at Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephen’s Church.

Interment will be at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, Pa.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 4 to 8 PM.
