 Sandra Phelps, 50, of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully at Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark on November 23, 2018.

Sandra was born in Cali, Colombia.

She worked as a housekeeping manager for the Sheraton Hotel in Edison.

She leaves behind her 2 children Hans Forbes of Old Bridge and Wanda Tatiana Forbes of Parlin.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Private cremation.
