Rosa H Diamuja Soto

Rosa Hermalinda Diamuja Soto, 87, of Perth Amboy New Jersey, passed away on October 14, 2023, at the Center for Hope in Elizabeth NJ. She was born on December 5, 1935, in Lima, Peru South America. Rosa was a strong, independent woman who came to this country in the late 60's to work and help bring her mother and children to the USA for better opportunities and a brighter future.

Rosa worked for over 50 years in the manufacturing industry, dedicating herself to her career. She was a diligent and hardworking individual, always striving for excellence. In her free time, Rosa enjoyed doing word search puzzles and jig saw puzzles, finding solace and joy in these activities. Rosa will be deeply missed by her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margarita Soto, and her granddaughter, Rachelle Romani.

She is survived by her daughter Rosa Romani (Julio), her son Rodolfo Vasquez (Mary Beth), her son Jorge Vasquez (Analie), her daughter Sonia B.

DiNetta, as well as 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Thursday October 19th, 2023, at 10:00-11:30 AM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

A Mass will follow at 12:00 noon at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, located at 380 Smith Street, Perth Amboy, NJ.

Burial will take place at Saint James Cemetery in Woodbridge, NJ.

Rosa's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
