Pedro Vallejos

 Pedro Vallejos, 78, of Perth Amboy, passed away peacefully at his residence on July 3, 2026.

Born in Ancash, Peru, Pedro later immigrated to the United States in search of a better future for his family. He dedicated more than 30 years of service as a Patient Care Technician at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, where he was known for his hard work, compassion, and commitment to caring for others.

Pedro was a devoted father who believed in guiding his children with love, discipline, and strong values, encouraging them to achieve success in life. He found great joy in watching and playing soccer, spending time fishing, and listening to music, especially traditional Peruvian huaynos. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing the guitar. He also had a deep appreciation for seafood, with Peruvian ceviche being his favorite dish.

Pedro was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jesusa Vallejos, and his parents, Elias Vallejos and Hilaria Velasquez.

He is survived by his three sons, Waldimir Vallejos, Peter Vallejos, and Ted Vallejos; his ten cherished grandchildren; and many relatives and friends who will forever remember his kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love for his family.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Private cremation will follow.

Pedro's legacy of hard work, love, and dedication to his family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
