Patria Nunez

Patria Nunez, 102, of Perth Amboy passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 19, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Baitoa, Dominican Republic, in 1980 she moved to Perth Amboy.

Patria was predeceased by her husband Jose Rodriguez and her parents, Ramon Nunez and Maria Hernandez

She was parishioner of Holy Trinity Church. She was known for her hospitality, her fun-loving and compassionate spirit, and her generosity. She enjoyed traveling and vacationing and she loved to read.

She is survived by her 6 sons; Jose, Gustavo, Antonio, Juan, Vicente and Rafael; her 4 daughters, Mariana, Maria, Sarita and Fermina; 28 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren, she will be missed by all.

Family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

A funeral service will be offered Thursday December 22, 2022, 10:00am at the funeral home. 11 am mass will follow at Holy Trinity Church.

Burial will take place in Alpine Cemetery
