Neris Lajara

Neris Lajara, of Perth Amboy, passed away on March 29th, 2023, at Spring Creek Medical Center in Perth Amboy, NJ, at the age of 61. Born on July 29th, 1961, in La Vega, Dominican Republic, Neris was a loving father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Neris was a talented barber who was passionate about his work. He loved nothing more than making his clients look and feel their best. His warm personality and humor made him a favorite among his clients, who will miss him dearly.

Aside from his work, Neris cherished his family above all else. He was a devoted father to his son Jose Alberto Lajara Baes and his wife Britlany, his daughter Julissa Mercedes Lajara Baes, and their families. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchild, whom he adored.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 2nd, 2023, from 6 PM to 8 PM, at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, located at 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 9 AM on Monday, April 3rd, 2023, followed by a 10 AM mass at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Perth Amboy, NJ.

Burial will take place at Forest Green Park Cemetery in Morganville, NJ.
