Miguel Antonio Nuñez

Miguel Antonio Nuñez, 75, of Perth Amboy, NJ, passed away at his home, surrounded by his family, on October 4th, 2022.

Miguel was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic to Miguel Hidalgo and Matea Nuñez Lopez on December 28th, 1946, then immigrating later to the United States, where he then resided in Perth Amboy.

A father who put his family first and foremost, he was remembered as a lovely person who loved music, the guitar, and baseball, especially his favorite team, the New York Yankees. Miguel worked at a clothing factory in Manhattan, NY for his occupation.

Miguel is predeceased by his parents, Miguel Hidalgo and Matea Nuñez Lopez. He is survived by his wife, Irene Del Carmen Collado Rodriguez, his son, Jesus Nuñez, his two daughters, Joanna Yamilet Nuñez and Joannath Nuñez, and his six grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 8th, 2022, from 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Ana Maria Zevallos/ Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ.

Private cremation.
