Mayelin Brito Castro

Mayelin Brito, 32, of Perth Amboy, died in a crash  Sunday morning, May 26, 2019. Mayelin and another  eight family member were heading for Niagara Falls on a holiday weekend trip. The accident was in Sheldon Wyoming County, NY. Also, her mother and daughter died in the accident.

She was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She worked for Cosmopolitan Staffing Services.

She enjoyed taking her kids to the park and especially loved spending time with her family. 

Mayelin was predeceased by her mother Ondina Castro De la Cruz and her daughter Kyara Valentina, Hernandez Brito.

She is survived by her son Jeremy, Her father Reyes Brito, her grandmother Saturnina De la Cruz, her sister Maria Del Carmen, Brito and nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019 from 4 PM to 9 PM at Ana María Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ, 08861.

Funeral services by Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish will be 6 PM Friday, June 7, 2019 at the funeral home. 

Burial will take place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
