Manuel Antonio Mercado, 61, passed away on Friday, April 14th, 2023 at South Shore University Hospital in Bayshore, NY. He was a loving father, son, and hardworking warehouse worker at Bactolac Pharmaceutical in Hauppauge, NY.

Born on April 23rd, 1962, in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, he was the son of Manuel Tineo Ciriaco and Mercedes Mercado. He grew up in Puerto Plata and later moved to the United States with his family.

Manuel was a dedicated employee of Bactolac Pharmaceutical for many years and was a valued member of the team.

Manuel was a devoted father to his son, Anfeny Mercado. He loved spending time with his son, and they often enjoyed each other’s company.

Manuel will be remembered as a kind and hardworking man who always put his family first. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Manuel is survived by his father, Manuel Tineo Ciriaco, and his son, Anfeny Mercado. He is predeceased by his mother, Mercedes Mercado.

Visitation will be on April 18, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
