Luz Batista

Luz Batista, 78, of Perth Amboy, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at her residence with her family at her side.

She was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic.

Luz was member of Our Lady of Hungary Church.  She enjoyed cooking and gardening.

 She was predeceased by her parents Francisco and Ana Josefa Perez, her husband Liborio Batista.

Surviving are her seven children; Pablo, Apolinar, Rafael, Maria, Ramona, Yluminada and Gisela; her twenty five grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren.

 Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, from 4-8 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy.

Funeral Services will be at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:00 AM followed by 10 AM Mass at Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish at Our Lady of Hungary Church.

Interment will take place in Alpine Cemetery.
