Luis Custodio, 68, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Raritan Bay Medical Center.

He was born in Moca, Dominican Republic. Luis loved baseball and enjoyed fishing

Surviving are his wife Altagracia Caceres; his 3 children; Darwin Custodio, Kisbel Custodio and Louis Custodio and his wife Dana, and his two grandchildren.

The viewing for Luis will be private at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ

Burial will take place in Dominican Republic.
