He was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
He was predeceased by his parents, Rafael Antonio Cepeda and Maria Isabel Rodriguez.
He is survived by his 6 children; Domingo, Juan Alberto, Marcelino, Francisca Mercedes, Iris Altagracia and Mancy Altagracia.
Private Cremation.
