Jose A. Sime, 34, of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully at JFK Medical Center on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.

He was born in La Vega, Dominican Republic.

He leaves behind his parents, Jose C. Sime and Gladys Rodriguez, his wife Johanny and his 3 children; Lesly, Alison, Shirley.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 3, 2018 from 5-9 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Funeral services will be 9 AM, Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at the funeral home, followed by 10 AM mass at Most Holy Name of Jesus at Our Lady of Hungary Church.

Burial will take place in Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy.
