Jose I Peña

Jose I. Peña, 74, of Carteret, passed away on April 9, 2020, at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy. 

He was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Jose was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Carteret.

He was predeceased by his parents, Simeon Peña and Emilia Cespedes.

He is survived by his wife, Ana Antonio Pichardo; his 12 children, Rufino, Marino, Elvis Rafael, Carlos Miguel, Simeon, Marissa, Viviana, Eli Isabel, Carmen, Eli, Trini and Altagracia; his 41 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861

A celebration of Jose's life will be scheduled at a future date.
