Jose Ortiz

Jose Ortiz, of Perth Amboy, passed away on April 17th, 2023, at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, at the age of 66. Born on May 22nd, 1956, in La Vega, Dominican Republic, Jose was a loving son, father, and brother.

Jose was a dedicated worker who took pride in his job as a machine operator. He was a loving father who kept his family as a priority.

He is survived by his mother, Justina Ortiz, his son, Juan Ortiz, and his brother, Antonio.

Visitation for Jose will take place on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023, from 7 PM to 9 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, located at 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ.

Burial will take place at Las Lagunas de Guaco Cemetery in La Vega, Dominican Republic.
