Italo Tejada

Italo Tejada, 55, of Perth Amboy, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020, at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Division of Perth Amboy.

He was born in Lima, Peru. He was a loving husband and father, he enjoyed watching movies with his children. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Italo was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lucy Corchado; his two children, Italo Jr. and Dalitza; his parents, Pedro I. Tejada and Juana Yolanda Saenz; his three brothers, Michael, Wilder and Ricardo.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ

Burial is at Alpine Cemetery. Graveside Service by Saint John Paul II Parish.

A memory mass will be held in Italo’s honor, at a later date.
