Iris A Hernandez

Iris Hernandez, 61, of Perth Amboy, passed away January 19, 2020, at Alameda Center.

She was born in Baitoa, Dominican Republic.

She was predeceased by her parents, Evaristo A. Hernandez and Maria M. Caba.

Iris is survived by her 2 daughters, Jesenia Fernandez her husband Freddy and Damaris Fernandez. And her five grandchildren; Emily, Javier, Olivia, Damian and Dominic.

Visitation will be at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ, 08861, on Thursday, January 23, 2020, from 4-8 PM.

Funerals services will be on Friday, January 24, 2020, at 9 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Alpine Cemetery.
