Humberto Minacapelli, 90, of Perth Amboy, passed away peacefully on May 3rd, 2018 at Raritan Bay Medical Center.
Humberto was born in Pueblo Nuevo San Rafael Mendoza, Argentina on May 15, 1927.
Humberto became a vintner on his father's lands. He moved to San Martin Mendoza and married Tiburcia Lucero Gomez. He immigrated to USA in 1981, where he worked as a machine operator and making fences; with his hard work and sacrifice he succeeded to bring to this country his wife and children, defining him as the strong and determined patriarch he always was. Humberto was a successful property owner and after his retirement he built a transportation company. Humberto lived his life invested in the well-being of his family.
He was predeceased by his parents Juan Minacapelli and Angelina Videla.
He is survived by his wife Tiburcia; his 8 children, Maria del Carmen, Miguel, Humberto, Hugo, Oscar, Maria Mercedes, Evangelina and Elizabeth; his 27 grandchildren, Alejandra, Luis, David, Eliana, Ricardo, Guillermo, Celeste, Vanessa, Stephanie, Frank, Fabricio, Javier, Sebastian, Lourdes, Damian, Noelia, Emmanuel, Gisela, Micaela, Barbara, Mariano, Ricardo, Carla, Antonella, Marisol, Ivonne and Arline; his 43 great-grandchildren and his 8 siblings; Italia, Mafalda, Alfredo, Ricardo, Alejandro, Angela, Ezequiel and Juan.
Family, friends and all whose lives were touched by Humberto are invited to reminisce, grieve and support his loved ones during this emotional time on Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 2 PM – 6 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
