Francisco Perez "TATO", 64, of Perth Amboy, passed away on October 26, 2018 at home.

He was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico.

He is survived by his daughter Eliana Perez of Puerto Rico, his aunt Maria Perez of Perth Amboy and her cousin Isaura Perez of Perth Amboy.

Visitation will be held at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ, 08861, on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 4 - 8 PM
