She was born in Cotui, Dominican Republic..

Francia was a communicant of Saint John Paul II Parish.

She was predeceased by her parents, Marcelino De Jesus Collado and Buenaventura R. Espinal.

She is survived by her husband, Bienvenido Abreu; her seven children, Ana Deisy and her husband Rudi Peralta, Alexandra Abreu, Mercedes Abreu, Natasha and her husband Frank Herrera; her nine siblings, Adela, Yolanda, Isaira, Sonia, Altagracia, Alva Luz, Rafael, Leonardo and Danny. And her twenty grandchildren.

Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy NJ

Burial will take place in Alpine Cemetery. Graveside services by Saint John Paul II Parish.
