Elvis Rafael Hernandez Jr

Elvis Hernandez Jr., 28, of Perth Amboy, passed away on November 1, 2020, as a result of a tragic accident in Clinton.

He was born and raised in Perth Amboy. Elvis worked for Bed, Bath & Beyond.

He was known for his love of basketball, rap, and Hispanic food.

He is survived by his two sons, Isaic Amier and Jeyidan, his mother Maria Y. Pena, his father Elvis Hernandez, Sr., and his five sisters: Amaya Hernandez, Tiffany Hernandez, Lorena Hernandez, Karyna Hernandez, and Johanna Hernandez.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 8:00 AM at the funeral home, followed by a 9:00 AM mass at Our Lady of Fatima Church.

Visitation will be on November 5, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Burial will take place at Alpine Cemetery.

All visitors must wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing rules at all times. We are asking visitors to limit their time in the funeral home to allow the family the maximum amount of guests possible.
