Doroteo Puntiel

Doroteo Puntiel, 83, of Perth Amboy, passed away July 29, 2019 at home surrounded by his family.

He was born in La Vega, Dominican Republic.

He was predeceased by his parents, Maximo Puntiel and Bitalina Alvarez and son Juan Puntiel.

Doroteo is survived by his wife Gloria Valdez, his 6 children; Eduardo Puntiel, Agustin Puntiel, Rafael Puntiel and his wife Cecilia, Eddy Puntiel, Natividad Puntiel and Milagros Puntiel; his 9 grandchildren and his 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 9 A.M. Thursday, August 1, 2019, at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, followed by a 10 A.M. mass at Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephen’s Church.

Entombment will follow in Alpine Cemetery.
