Digna Maria Falcon Concepcion

Digna Maria, Falcon Concepcion, 86, of Perth Amboy passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018 at JFK Medical Center, Edison.

Digna Maria was born in Bauta, Cuba.

Always, she was helping people. She loved to cook and enjoyed gardening.

Surviving are her four children; David Hernandez and his wife Maria Magdalena, Delma Hernandez and her husband Antonio Vargas, Dick Hernandez and his wife Ovalis Perez and Daily Hernandez and her husband Julio Manso. And her six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Memorial mass at Our Lady of Fatima on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 6:30 PM.
