Cosme, Leon Martinez, 54, of Perth Amboy, passed away March 31, 2019, at his residence.

He was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. Cosme was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church.

 He is survived by his parents Alfonso Leon and Gregoria Martinez, his 3 children, Omar, Daysi and Lesley and 1 grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 4 to 8 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy NJ 08861

Funeral services will be on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 10:30 AM from the funeral home, followed by a 11:30 AM mass at Our Lady of Fatima Church.

Burial will take place in Mexico.
