Clara Valdes

Clara Valdes, 101, of Somerset, passed peacefully, on July 7, 2019 at Parker at McCarrick, Somerset.

She was born in La Habana, Cuba.

She was seamstress. She worked for Radio City Animation in New York.

 She was predeceased by her parents, Horacio Valdes and Juana Hernandez.

Clara is survived by her niece Teresa Madrigal and her nephew Lazaro Valdes.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019, at 9 AM from Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861, followed by a 9.30 AM mass at Most Holy Name of Jesus at Our Lady of Hungary Church.

Entombment will be in Saint Stephen’s Cemetery in Keasbey.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
