Boguslawa, Poliszuk, 88, of Keyport, passed away January 5, 2020, at Saint Joseph’s Nursing Home.
She was born in Busk, Poland. Boguslawa moved from Poland to USA in 1974, before moving to Keyport, she lived in Bayonne and Jersey City.
She was a woman of strong faith in God, always helping in a church in Poland and USA. A very active Rosarian at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church in Jersey City and a volunteer for the Polish Catholic Newspaper. She worked as a secretary for the National Ukrainian Insurance Company in Jersey City.
She was predeceased by her parents; Wladyslaw Swiecicki and Zofia Kary and her husband, Jan Poliszuk.
She is survived by her two children Waldemar Poliszuk of Poland and Grazyna and her husband Zdzislaw Czech of Keyport, her nine grandchildren; Ania, Piotr, Adam, Jan, Artur, Boguslawa, Anna, Tomasz and Natalia and her four great grandchildren; Andrew and Kiley in USA and two in Poland. She will be missed greatly by her family.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 9:00 AM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ, followed by a 10:00 Mass at Saint John Paul II Parish at Saint Stephen’s Church.
Burial will follow in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, Pa.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
