Ana Jerez, 65, of Perth Amboy, passed away on April 1st, 2024, at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ, at the age of 65.

Born in La Vega, Dominican Republic

Ana was predeceased by her father, Jose Plasencia and her brother, Pablo Plasencia.

She is survived by her mother, Maria Sime, her two children, Joselito Jerez and Anny Jerez-Canela, her brother, Felix Antonio Plasencia, and her five grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Sunday, April 7, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 AM mass at Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephen’s Church.

Burial will take place at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Perth NJ.
