Alfredo Serafin Gonzalez

Alfredo Serafín González, fue un gran hombre cargado de valores humanos, morales y espirituales. Con un gran sentido del valor de la familia, preocupándose para que no faltara el pan material ni el espiritual. Sus valores, como hombre de bien, fueron más allá del ámbito familiar, trascendieron a los demás, a la comunidad. De esta manera se convirtió en un gran líder en los grupos comunitarios, tanto sociales como religioso, donde el desprendimiento de los bienes materiales como de su tiempo lo ponían a un gran nivel. Con su dinamismo, alegría, entrega contagiaba a los demás. Como hijo, hermano, esposo, padre, amigo, consejero, motivador fue extraordinario... Por ser así,  vive y vivirá entre nosotros por siempre... Una estrella brilla en el formato en el cielo un ciudadano del infinito... Paz y descanso eterno a su alma ...

Alfredo Serafin Gonzalez, 79, of Perth Amboy, passed away on January 18, 2021 at JFK Medical Center.

He was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Alfredo was communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church.

He was predeceased by his parents, Jose Benito Gonzalez and Heriberta Genao and his son, Domingo A. Gonzalez.

He is survived by wife, Maria Josefina Fernandez; his children, Ramon, Salutrania, Nieves Yolanda, Maria Aurelia and Isidra Eriberta; his eleven children and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on January 21, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861, followed by a 10 AM Mass at Our Lady of Fatima.

Burial will take place in Alpine Cemetery.

All visitors must wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing rules at all times. We are asking visitors to limit their time in the funeral home to allow the family the maximum amount of guests possible.
