Agapito Tavarez, 62, of Perth Amboy, passed away on December 27, 2020 at Raritan Bay Medical Center.
He was born in La Vega, Dominican Republic and was a faithful communicant of Our Lady of Fatima.
He worked as a machine operator for Silver Line Windows in North Brunswick.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Guerrero De Tavarez, his sons Ernesto and Yonathan, and his daughter Scarlen D.
Visitation will be on Sunday, January 3, 2021 from 5 – 9 PM at Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
Funeral services will take place at 9 AM on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the funeral home, followed by a 10 AM mass at Our Lady of Fatima.
Burial will take place at Alpine Cemetery.
All visitors must wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing rules at all times. We are asking visitors to limit their time in the funeral home to allow the family the maximum amount of guests possible.
